Creality Ender 3 X axis homing issue Ask Question Asked 3 years, 8 months ago Modified 3 years, 8 months ago Viewed 16k times 1 I bought an Ender 3 recently. Auto-home is on the right front moving away from the end stop. I did reverse the wiring of the X axis motor, it did not work. I had Marlin 2.x uploaded, it didn't work too. Marlin 2.x: It does not move at all on the Z-axis and remains 3 - 4" above the bed during and after Auto Homing. Here's the detail : I installed a Creality Ender 3 Pro New Upgrade Motherboard Silent Mainboard V4.2.7 with TMC2225 Driver Marlin 2.0.1 & bootloader pre-installed & then a Creality BLTouch 3D Printer Upgraded Auto Bed Leveling Sensor Kit (the 3 - Adjust the Z-axis limiter switch. On your Ender 3, Ender 3 V2, and Ender 3 Pro, you'll see two M5 bolts with two M5 t-nuts. Carefully loosen each bolt just enough to slide the Z-axis limiter up or down the 2040 aluminum frame. You'll likely only need to move the Z-axis limiter switch up 1 or 2 mm to correct your issue.
Plurrie Ender 3 V2 Z-axis homing VERY inconsistent Help Hi all, First time posting here, so hopefully I'm doing this right. My new stock Ender 3 V2 is having extreme deviations in Z-axis homing. When I auto-home, The nozzle will end up anywhere between perfect print height to a full millimeter off the bed, seemingly randomly.

If the stepper is driving the printer head away from the endstop on a particular axis on homing (in your case the X direction), there might be a few possible problems at hand: The stepper cables are plugged in reversed; The wires in the stepper cable are switched . 152 61 727 301 23 2 486 518
